Laos  – a little-known land of smiling faces and gentle people, spotted with waterfalls from tip to tail and crowned with lush, misty-green mountains. It sits in the interior of Southeast Asia in what was once called Indochina.

Today, Laos stands as a land full of opportunity as a curious people seek to know what lies beyond their landlocked nation. It was under the vision of bringing knowledge for a sustainable future to a new generation that Sharon International School began. One of our goals is bringing together the local and international communities in Vientiane as aspiring global citizens of compassion with an upward focus. Because we believe that successful people are more than what they know, we want our staff to promote courtesy, manners, and good character among our students and to strive to serve as examples.
