Dear Parents,

Throughout the online classes these past 3 weeks, we are happy to let you know that for all the classes, the students’ attendance has been consistently above 95%. We are grateful for your support in making this happen!

Sharon International School continues to prioritize our students’ safety. After considering the current situation and some parents’ concerns, the SIS Leadership Team has decided to continue with the online class program until the end of this school year, May 28th, 2021.

Final Examinations

For Y2, Y3, Y4 and Y5 classes, final examinations are CANCELLED, however, different forms

of assessments (short quizzes/ graded activities/ projects) will still be given

during their online classes.

For Y6, Y7 and Y8/9 classes, attached below is a special schedule for your final exams. Y6-Y9 students need to come to school on their scheduled date. The groupings will be announced in their respective classes. Students coming to school to take the exams should be wearing face masks and shields. Social distancing will be strictly observed.

Schedule

For Y2, Y3, Y4 and Y5 classes, the regular online schedule will continue until May 27th, Thursday. Since May 28th is the last day of the school year, each class will be having a Zoom class party in the morning starting at 9 am.

For Y6, Y7 and Y8/9 classes, the regular online schedule will be followed until May 27th, except on the day of their scheduled final exams (i.e. Y6 students will follow the same online schedule until May 27th except on May 25th because they’ll be at school for their final exams). May 28th – class party in the morning.

Graduation

Due to the current situation, SIS’s traditional graduation program is CANCELLED. Videos will be posted on the school’s Facebook page to honor our graduates. A photo booth will be made available for the graduates who wish to take pictures with their diploma. The graduates and parents can take pictures when they come to school to get their report card on June 8-10, 2021.

Others

• There will be no summer classes this year.
• Report cards will be available by June 8-10, 2021.

* ສໍາລັບຊັ້ນຫ້ອງຮຽນ Year 2, 3, 4, 5; ບົດສອບເສັງປະຈໍາພາກຮຽນທີ2 ແມ່ນຈະຖືກຍົກເວັ້ນ, ແຕ່ວ່າຈະມີແບບຟອມການສອບເສັງ ຫຼືບົດປະເມີນຜົນການຮໍ່າຮຽນ ເຊັ່ນວ່າ (ບົດສະຫຼຸບການຮຽນ, ຄະແນນການເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກິດຈະກໍາ ແລະຫົວຂໍ້ກິດຈະກໍາການປະຕິບັດຕົວຈິງ) ໃນສິ່ງເຫຼົ່ານີ້ ແມ່ນຄູຈະໄດ້ສົ່ງໃຫ້ນັກຮຽນ ໃນລະຫວ່າງການຮຽນທາງອອນລາຍ.

ໃນລະຫວ່າງສະພາບການປະຈຸບັນທີ່ໜ້າເປັນຫວ່ງ, ພິທິການຈົບຊັ້ນຮັບໃບປະກາດແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ຖືກຍົກເລີກ. ແຕ່ວ່າ ພວກເຮົາໂຮງຮຽນ ຊາຣອນ ໄດ້ສ້າງວີດີໂອບັນທຶກຄວາມຊົງຈໍາແລະ ການເຄື່ອນໄຫວກິດຈະກໍາພາຍໃນໂຮງຮຽນຂອງນ້ອງນັກຮຽນ  ເພື່ອທີ່ຈະໂພດສລົງໃນເພດສຂອງໂຮງຮຽນ. ນອກຈາກນັ້ນ ທາງໂຮງຮຽນຍັງໄດ້ກະກຽມສະຖານທີ່ ຫຼືມູມທີ່ສວຍງາມ ພາຍໃນຂອບເຂດໂຮງຮຽນ ເພື່ອທ່ານສາມາດຖ່າຍຮູບກັບລູກຂອງທ່ານເວລາມາ ຮັບເອົາໃບຄະແນນ ຫຼື ໃບປະກາດຢູ່ທີ່ໂຮງຮຽນ ນານາຊາດ ຊາຣອນຂອງພວກເຮົາ ເຊິ່ງສາມາດເລີ່ມຕົ້ນມາເຊັນຮັບໄດ້ຈາກ ວັນອັງຄານ- ວັນພະຫັດ ວັນທີິ 8-10 ເດືອນມິຖຸນາ, 2021.
