Standardized tests are used world-wide to determine what grade a child is in compared to most traditional international schools.  At SIS, we are licensed to give the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) from the USA to our students.  Each leveled class at SIS corresponds to a TAKS test by subject and grade.  TAKS are recorded on student final report cards and are an indicator of student readiness for the next grade level. Students may enter SIS middle school when they have made a 70% or higher on all 5th grade TAKS subject tests and meet the other entrance criteria.

SIS teachers have been preparing students for TAKS tests all school year through the curriculum and teaching offered in the classrooms.  Additionally, students were given practice TAKS last week to help prepare them for the real tests which will be given 22-24 March to Discoverers and primary students and March 20-24 to middle schoolers.

ບົດສອບເສັງທີ່ໄດ້ມາດຕະຖານທີ່ຖືກກໍານົດໃຫ້ນໍາໃຊ້ຢ່າງກວ້າງຂວາງ ເພື່ອວັດແທກລະດັບຊັ້ນຮຽນຂອງນັກຮຽນນັ້ນເກືອບວ່າແມ່ນໂຮງຮຽນທີ່ເປັນນານາຊາດ.  ເໝືອນດັ່ງທີ່ໂຮງຮຽນ ນານາຊາດ ຊາຣອນ, ພວກເຮົາໄດ້ຮັບໃບອະນຸ ຍາດໃຫ້ນຳໃຊ້ ເພື່ອປະເມີນຄ່າຄວາມຮູ້ຄວາມສາມາດຂອງນັກຮຽນພວກເຮົາ. ແຕ່ລະລະດັບຊັ້ນຮຽນ ທີ່ໂຮງຮຽນ ນານາຊາດ ຊາຣອນ ບົດສອບເສັງຂອງ TAKS ແມ່ນຈະຕົງກັນກັບ ວິຊາຮຽນ ແລະ ລະດັບຊັ້ນຮຽນ. ສຳລັບໃບຄະແນນໃນພາກຮຽນສຸດທ້າຍຂອງນັກຮຽນ ແລະ ຄວາມພ້ອມຂອງນັກຮຽນກໍ່ເປັນສິ່ງບົ່ງບອກໃນຄວາມພ້ອມສຳລັບລະດັບຊັ້ນຮຽນໃນຂັ້ນຕໍ່ໄປ. ນັກຮຽນ ຊາຣອນ ທີ່ຈະສອບ ເສັງເຂົ້າຮຽນໃນຊັ້ນມັດທະຍົມຂອງໂຮງຮຽນ ຊາຣອນໄດ້ນັ້ນແມ່ນຕ້ອງໄດ້ຄະແນນ 70% ຂຶ້ນໄປຫຼືສອບເສັງໃຫ້ໄດ້ລະດັບ5 ຂອງບົດTAKS ແລະ ຈະມີບົດສອບເສັງອື່ນທີ່ມີປະສິດທິພາບ.

ໃນວັນທີ 22 ເດືອນມີນາ ຫ້ອງຮຽນຊັ້ນຮຽນປົກກະຕິແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ ສອບເສັງ ການອ່ານອອກສຽງ ທີ່ຖືກຕ້ອງຂອງບົດສອບເສັງ TAKS. ໃນວັນທີ 23 ເດືອນມີນາ ຫ້້ອງຮຽນພາກຄິດໄລ່ (ຄະນິດສາດ) ແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ສອບເສັງ TAKS ເໜືອນກັນ,  ໃນວັນທີ 24 ເດືອນມີນາ ພາກພາສາອັງກິດກໍ່ຈະໄດ້ສອບເສັງ ໃນພາກການຂຽນ ແລະ ການພັນລະນາ ແລະ ການຈັດລຽງໃຫ້ຖືກຕ້ອງ.

ຫົວຂໍ້ບັນທຶກ ຊັ້ນມັດທະຍົມ

ໃນວັນທີ 20 ເດືອນມີນາ    ຫ້ອງຮຽນ ພາກຄິດໄລ່ (ຄະນິດສາດ) ກໍ່ຈະໄດ້ສອບເສັງ. ໃນວັນທີ 22 ເດືອນມີນາ ພາກພາສາອັງກິດກໍ່ຈະໄດ້ສອບເສັງໃນພາກການຂຽນ ແລະ ການພັນລະນາ ແລະ ການຈັດລຽງໃຫ້ຖືກຕ້ອງ.  ໃນວັນທີ 24 ເດືອນມີນາ    ຫ້ອງຮຽນ ພາກປະຫວັດສາດ    ແລະ ວັນນະຄະດີ ຈະໄດ້ສອບເສັງ ການອ່ານອອກສຽງທີ່ຖືກຕ້ອງຂອງ ບົດສອບເສັງ TAKS.
