General Medical Examination

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that Sharon International School’s physician will be conducting a General Medical Examination to all SIS students once every semester. Note the dates below for this semester:

(9:00-11:00am) October 30, 2015:  Primary 1 to Primary 5 (Morning)

(1:00-2:00pm) October 30, 2015:  Kindergarten 1 to Kindergarten 3 (Afternoon)

The examination includes a review of your child`s health history based on the school’s medical form you’ve submitted. Class advisers will take the height and weight of all our students to monitor their physical growth as well.
