ASSESSMENTS& STUDENT REPORT CARDS
Developmental Observation
Each student will be observed throughout the year to assess his/her development in these areas: physical, emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and linguistic. This information will provide the basis for parent-teacher conferences which are also held twice yearly. Conferences may be held at other times by appointment if either parent or teacher requests one.
Progress Assessments
Twice yearly an assessment of knowledge and skills will be completed. Please note that teacher’s progress reports are primarily the teacher’s subjective assessment of your child’s progress.
